What happens after the free 30 days?

Your trial starts when you create your account. After 30 days, Jibisha Business costs KES 3,900 every 30 days in Kenya, or USD 35 outside Kenya. Nothing is charged automatically.

What counts towards my 300 WhatsApp messages?

Each message sent through Jibisha counts, including notifications, AI replies and replies written by your team. Incoming messages are free. After the 300 included outgoing messages, sending pauses. Bookings, sales and records keep working.

Can I keep using cash and M-Pesa?

Yes. Record cash and M-Pesa payments against the client and sale, and see balances still owed. Customer-submitted M-Pesa claims need your team's approval. Jibisha does not automatically reconcile your M-Pesa account.

How do I move from my current system?

You can import customers, products and opening stock. Contact us to review your existing records, appointments and setup before switching. We will agree what can be moved and what your team needs to check before taking live bookings.

Can I cancel and export my records?

Yes. There is no fixed term. You can export your customers, sales and stock records whenever you like, including after you stop paying.
