Choose Solo if you take appointments on your own at one location. You keep the personal day calendar, booking website, customer history, checkout, deposits, retail sales, expenses, day close and simple reports. Team logins, multiple providers, commissions, stock receiving, stocktakes and detailed management reports need Business. Solo is not for classes, rentals or reservations.
Can I move between Solo and Business?
Yes. Confirmed plan changes start after your current paid period ends. To move to Solo, first reduce to one owner login, one provider and one location, resolving pending invitations and unfinished appointments with other providers. Your existing records are kept.
How does free launch access work?
Your first Solo or Business signup gets free launch access, with at least 30 days’ notice before it ends. No card needed and no automatic billing. After launch, choose Solo at KES 1,490 / USD 13, or Business at KES 3,900 / USD 35, per 30 days. Without a paid period, your business falls back to Free limits and keeps its records.
What counts towards my WhatsApp allowance?
Solo includes 100 outgoing WhatsApp messages and Business includes 300 per location, per 30 days. Notifications, AI replies and human replies share that allowance. Incoming messages are free. Sending pauses at zero; bookings, sales and records keep working.
What happens when I use all my messages?
Sending pauses rather than running up a bill you did not agree to. Your bookings, sales and records keep working. Contact us if your business needs a larger message allowance.
Can I use my existing business number?
Use Jibisha’s shared WhatsApp number or connect your own WhatsApp Business number. Your allowance belongs to your business, so switching numbers does not reset it. You can also run Jibisha without connecting WhatsApp at all: booking, walk-ins, sales, payments and reports do not depend on it.
Is the booking website really included?
Yes, with Solo and Business. Jibisha publishes a page with your name, your services, your prices, your staff and your real available times, and customers can book on it without creating an account.
Can I keep using cash and M-Pesa?
Yes. Record cash and M-Pesa payments against the client and sale, and see balances still owed. Customer-submitted M-Pesa claims need your team's approval. Jibisha does not automatically reconcile your M-Pesa account.
Does it replace my accountant, or eTIMS?
No, and it is not trying to. Jibisha is the operating record of the working day: bookings, customers, staff, sales, payments and stock. Statutory returns, payroll, bank reconciliation and eTIMS stay where they are.
How do I move from my current system?
You can import customers, products and opening stock. Contact us to review your existing records, appointments and setup before switching. We will agree what can be moved and what your team needs to check before taking live bookings.
Can I add more than 20 team members?
Jibisha Business includes up to 20 people, owner included, for one business location. If you need more, talk to us before you sign up so we can confirm the setup and price.
Can we use Jibisha across several locations?
Solo supports one location. Business includes one location; each additional location is a separate Business subscription. Contact us to confirm your setup and total price.
Does staff reporting calculate commissions?
With Business, yes. Set a default rate and tailor it by staff member, service, product or category. Choose whether earnings follow payments received or completed work. Team views separate work, sales credit and earned commission. Statutory payroll remains in your existing process.
Can I cancel and export my records?
Yes. There is no fixed term. You can export your customers, sales and stock records whenever you like, including after you stop paying.
