What if I work alone?
Jibisha Solo is KES 1,490 or USD 13 per 30 days for one owner/provider at one location. It includes your personal calendar, booking website, client history, checkout, expenses, simple reports and 100 shared outgoing WhatsApp messages. Choose Business when you add staff or need commissions and deeper controls.
Can two team members be booked at the same time?
On Business, yes. Each barber or stylist has their own availability, so different people can take appointments at the same hour.
What about customers who just turn up?
Walk-ins go into the same day's queue as booked appointments, so one record covers both.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They open your booking page in a browser and reach you on WhatsApp. There is no customer account and no app.
Does it calculate staff commissions?
Business separates completed work, credited sales and earned commission. Owners configure rates and whether commission follows collected payments or completed work. Statutory payroll stays in your existing process.
What if we have several locations?
The standard plan covers one business location. Contact us to agree a pilot and review your reporting needs before planning a wider rollout. Consolidated branch reporting is not included.
