Questions we get

Can I set a different lead time per item?
Yes. Each thing you make carries its own lead time, and the customer sees it before they send the request.
What if I cannot price the work until I have seen it?
Publish it as a quote-based item. The customer sends the brief, and you confirm the price before anything is agreed.
Can I take a deposit and the balance later?
Yes. Both are recorded against the order, so the balance is never a question of who remembers what.
